We are delighted to introduce these beautiful wooden acoustic panels, with the added benefit of superior sound absorption. Each panel is veneered, preserving the natural color and grain variations of the wood.

Acoustic Felt:

Troubled by noisy neighbors? Problems with poor acoustics are a major issue in many spaces, but with a slatted wall or ceiling, you can create acoustic well-being for yourself and those around you. Sound consists of waves, and when sound hits a hard surface, it continues to bounce around the room, creating reverberation. However, acoustic panels break and absorb sound waves when they hit the felt and slats. This prevents sound from reflecting back into the room, ultimately eliminating reverberation. Our acoustic felt is made from recycled plastic bottles, turning a waste product into something useful and beautiful. The felt absorbs sound waves and dampens noise. Our panels are certified for this. If in doubt, you can request the test reports.

Slats:

Additionally, the core of the slat consists of a medium-density fiberboard. The slats provide diffusion, meaning they break sound waves and thereby dampen sound. Moreover, all wood we use comes from sustainable forestry, ensuring that the forest can produce more trees than are harvested.

Applicable Spaces:

Wooden acoustic panels fit perfectly into various interiors, both as wall and ceiling finishes. Use them as decoration for room fragments or as furniture decoration. There are no limits to the use of acoustic panels.

Installation:

The panels are easy to shape as desired and very easy to install. These Aku panels can be applied using our high-quality high tack adhesive or with screws. For most people, installing the panels would be an enjoyable DIY project. It's very simple: you can cut the panels to size with almost any saw and attach them with screws through the felt.
