At Elegant Decorium, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and carefully. Below you will find all information about our shipping and return conditions.
1. Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Belgium and Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Outside the EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties or customs fees are for the recipient's account.
Shipping Costs
- The Netherlands: Free shipping for orders over €75. Below that amount, €4.95.
- Belgium and Germany: €7.95 per order.
- Other EU countries: €12.95 per order.
- Outside the EU: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Track & Trace
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a track & trace code that allows you to follow your package. If you have not received a package after the expected delivery time, please contact us.
2. Returns
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The return period begins on the day you received the product.
Conditions for Return
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product has all original labels and packaging.
- The product is not damaged by use or careless handling.
- Custom-made products or products specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
How to Return?
- Register your return via info@elegantdecorium.nl, stating your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Carefully package the product and send it to the specified return address.
Return Costs
The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will fully reimburse the return costs.
Refund
After receiving and checking the returned product, you will receive a refund within 14 days via the original payment method. We reserve the right to delay the refund until the product has been received in good condition.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@elegantdecorium.nl. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
